11. Pricing, Payment, and Insurance

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the time of service. Motion+ Chiropractic may accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, HSA payments, and FSA payments.

Motion+ Chiropractic does not participate with insurance plans unless otherwise stated by the office. You are responsible for understanding your own insurance, HSA, FSA, reimbursement, tax, and payment obligations.

Prices, packages, offers, promotions, and service availability may change at any time without notice. Any listed pricing is subject to confirmation by the office.

12. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

Motion+ Chiropractic may maintain cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival policies. You are responsible for reviewing and following any policies provided at the time of booking, intake, or appointment confirmation.

We reserve the right to charge cancellation or no-show fees where permitted and disclosed. Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, or cancellation depending on provider availability and office policy.

13. Refunds

Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Motion+ Chiropractic.

Prepaid packages, promotional offers, memberships, or bundled services may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, transfer restrictions, or refund limitations. Please ask our office for details before purchasing any package or promotion.
