Services Offered
We are currently a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance or Medicare, as some of our chiropractic services are not covered anyways, but we do offer Superbills for patients to submit to their insurance for possible partial or full reimbursement! :)
Spinal Adjustment
A gentle, controlled movement applied to a joint in your spine that isn’t moving as well as it should. When a joint gets stiff or slightly out of position, it can irritate nearby nerves and muscles, which may lead to pain, tightness, or reduced movement.
Precise movements that focus on the joints outside of the spine like your shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, or feet. These joints can become stiff, irritated, or slightly misaligned from everyday activities, injuries, or repetitive movements
Extremity Adjustment
This focuses on the muscles, tendons, and connective tissues around your joints and spine. Targeted pressure and stretching is applied to help relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and break up areas of tension. Soft tissue massage can be performed manually or instrumental. A tool can be used to glide over the skin, causing a scraping or warming sensation, to improve blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote better movement.
Soft Tissue Massage
A non-invasive treatment that uses sound waves to stimulate healing in injured or painful soft tissues, such as tendons, muscles, and ligaments. A handheld device delivers pulses to the affected area to increase blood flow and reduce pain.
Shockwave Therapy
TENS
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a therapy that uses electrical signals to help reduce pain and relax tight muscles. Small adhesive pads are placed on the skin over the area we’re treating causing a mild tingling or pulsing sensation. The electrical signals help calm irritated nerves and muscles to decrease pain, reduce muscle tension, and help you feel more comfortable before or after an adjustment
Cupping
Cupping therapy uses special cups placed on the skin to create gentle suction over tight or sore muscles. A pulling or stretching sensation is felt as the cups stay in place for a few minutes or be gently moved along the muscles. This suction helps increase blood flow to the area, loosen muscle tension, and promote healing.
